These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of meeDo, operated by an individual sole trader trading as meeDo ("we", "us", "our") at meedoapp.com. By accessing or using meeDo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
meeDo is a web-based investment portfolio management tool designed to help you design, rebalance, and track your personal investment portfolios. It provides a portfolio designer, a rebalance assistant, AI-generated portfolio insights, and a long-term performance tracker.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use meeDo. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. meeDo is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
meeDo uses a passwordless, magic-link authentication system. When you sign up or log in, a one-time login link is sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. We are not liable for any unauthorised access arising from a compromised email account.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others, share accounts between multiple users, or use automated means to create accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
meeDo offers a free tier that allows access to core features with the following limits:
A paid subscription (currently £3.79 per month) removes these limits and enables cloud storage of your data. Subscription billing is handled by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice, communicated via email or an in-app notice. Any price change will take effect at your next renewal.
Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy. By subscribing to meeDo, you agree to those terms.
In summary: you may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued automatically for monthly subscriptions outside of the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, but we assess requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or cancel your subscription, contact us at support@meedoapp.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who breaches these provisions, without prior notice.
meeDo uses a third-party AI service (Anthropic) to generate portfolio insights. These insights are generated automatically based on the portfolio composition you enter and are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. It does not account for your personal financial circumstances, tax position, risk tolerance, or investment objectives. We make no representation that any insight is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You must not interpret AI insights as financial advice or act on them without taking appropriate independent advice.
All financial data entered into meeDo is self-reported by you. We do not connect to any brokerage, bank, or financial account. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
For logged-in users, your portfolio and tracking data is stored in our Cloudflare D1 database. For users not logged in, data is stored locally in your browser only and may be lost if you clear your browser storage. We recommend creating an account to protect your data.

All content, design, code, branding, and other materials on meedoapp.com are owned by or licensed to meeDo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the portfolio data and information you enter into meeDo. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
meeDo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless meeDo and its operator from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.
meeDo relies on third-party services including Cloudflare, Paddle, Resend, and Anthropic. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or conduct of these services. Use of meeDo is subject to any applicable terms imposed by these providers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to meeDo at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. In the event of termination, any outstanding subscription will be cancelled and refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
You may delete your account at any time via the in-app settings. Deleting your account will permanently and irreversibly remove all of your stored data.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of meeDo at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of meeDo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
